Premium Night is often the dining highlight of our students’ month at UW-River Falls. Home style meals and grill items are replaced with high end steaks, poultry, fish & vegetarian products.
Preparations have already begun in the Kitchen, where I found Resident Dining Manager Jim Falk & Sous Chef Jocselyn Enloe putting the final touches on our Chocolate and Vanilla Mousse Bar desserts.
